RETURN POLICY

Not satisfied with your purchase? Or you have any issues with your product? Want to know how to return your product? Please read below to know the return process.

In case you received a faulty product or an incorrect product or you received an incomplete shipment, damaged product or that your product was damaged in transit; simply call to report your issue via our helpline within 3 working days of delivery. After that, you will be informed accordingly.

 

1. Fill (Complaint Form) to register a complaint.

2. Pack your parcel secure in the actual undamaged package as was originally delivered to you.

3. Head to your nearest Customer Care Center.

4. A token number will be shared with you.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

1. Before returning a product the original tag, user manual, Warranty Card, Invoice and shipping label must be included with the product

2. If the product returned from the customer is in poor condition, Dany Technologies reserve the right to reject the return.

Note: If your product is not eligible for return, we suggest you to claim warranty (if applicable).
Note: If the same item is not available/out of stock, select another product of your choice amounted same or higher.

INCORRECT PRODUCT 10 – 12 working days
FAULTY PRODUCTS 4 – 5 working days

2. If product is not covered in warranty and also if the return window of your product has expired, you will dispatch your product to nearest customer care center barring 1 side charges.
